Tesco Walk-in for Voice Process on 15 Oct 10 @ 9.30 to 12.30
A part of the Support team (the second level to the helpdesk) resolve complex issues raised by the stores around distribution of goods from the depots to stores. Liaise with depots & the planning teams to facilitate distribution of goods, I access the depots & store applications to resolve any delivery issues raised by the stores. Also make calls to the stores/depots to gain any further information to resolve issues raised.
• Interact with subject matter experts and the internal team to resolve complex issues raised by stores. • Ensure quality & service satisfaction is adhered too. • Be a team player and take responsibility actions
