The candidate will be responsible to handle the end to end recruitments.

* Searching matching CVs as per the vacancy details.
* Screening & validating the CVs. Interacting with the candidates to find out their interest in the job and suitability for the same.
* Fowarding the CVs to the clients.
* Scheduling the shortlisted candidates for interview.
* Taking necessary steps to ensure the joining of the candidate in the client company thereby completing the recruitment life cycle.

* There should be an attitude of taking up challenges and executing them successfully, a target oriented mindset, teamspirit and inherent leadership abilities in his/her personality.
* Good communication skills are a must.
